This policy explains what information Tunolo collects when you use the service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details from Google sign-in: your name, email address, and profile picture.
• What you create: your chat messages, song cards, and the songs generated for you.
• Purchase records: which credit pack you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
• Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as your IP address and browser type in server logs.

How we use it

• To sign you in, keep your chats and songs, and track your credit balance.
• To generate lyrics and music from your requests.
• To prevent abuse, such as automated message flooding.
• To answer you when you contact us.

Service providers

We share only the data each provider needs to do its job: an AI language model provider processes your chat messages to draft song cards, a music generation provider receives the song card you choose to generate, and our payment provider processes purchases. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active. To delete your account and its chats and songs, email support@tunolo.com from the address you signed in with.

Children

Tunolo is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
