Terms of Service

By using Tunolo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

Credits

• Chatting is free. Generating a song uses credits, and the number of credits is shown on the Generate button.
• You can get credits from a subscription plan, from one-time credit packs, or as a free sign-up bonus. Credits are not exchangeable for cash.
• Pack credits and sign-up credits never expire. Plan credits reset at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.
• When you have both, plan credits are used first.
• If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically.
• Purchases are final except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong with a payment, contact us.

Subscriptions

• Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time.
• When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then ends.
• On yearly plans you pay once a year, and plan credits are added monthly.
• If a renewal payment fails, commercial use for new songs is paused until the payment goes through.

Using your songs

• Songs made with plan credits may be used for personal and commercial purposes worldwide, royalty-free, including videos, podcasts, ads, games, and streaming releases. This permission continues after your plan ends.
• Songs made with free credits or credit-pack credits are for personal, non-commercial use only. Subscribing later does not make them commercial.
• If a subscription payment is refunded, songs made with credits from that payment lose commercial use.

AI-generated music may not qualify for copyright protection, and similar songs may be generated for other people, so we do not guarantee exclusive rights.

What you may not do

• Submit lyrics or material you don't have the right to use, or try to imitate a specific real artist's identity.
• Create content that is hateful, harassing, sexual content involving minors, or that promotes violence.
• Abuse the service, for example with automated requests or attempts to get around usage limits.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

The service

Tunolo is provided as is. AI output can be unexpected, and we don't guarantee that every song will match your request. We may change or discontinue features, and we'll give notice of major changes where we can.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
